A job analysis outlines the essential functions and/or physical demands of position. These analyses are used to evaluate and recommend potential incumbent for:

B. Work Screen

A thorough job analysis will be performed by a licensed therapist within our group. The analysis is complete once the therapist interviews both employee and supervisor to obtain job requirements and/or specific work related demands. Objective on-site measurements and data are collected then placed into an easy to read format. This format ensures all parties maintain consistent and accurate knowledge for return to work and/or legal purposes.
